It's exactly the same...
If you can't use photoshop, you can't make repaints. Don't expect a tutorial on how to use photoshop for a repaint

Just search for photoshop tutorials on google.
Repaint tutorials will explain how to have a paintkit, modify it to a program such as photoshop and how to set it in your flightsim.
They will not explain how to use photoshop as there are thousands of functions in it.
Start with easy paints, learn the tools of photoshop and create more complicated paints, etc
